Who we are
I Am Teddy Dupay (iamteddydupay.com) is operated by Teddy Dupay. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- An email address — only if you type one in. That is the only personal information our forms collect. We use it to send what you signed up for, and news and offers about I Am Teddy Dupay and other Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy (TDBA) programs and products.
- Traffic and advertising measurement. Our host (Cloudflare) provides aggregate statistics (visits, pages, countries). Our pages also load two outside tools:
- Google Analytics (Google). It uses cookies to count visits and see how people move through the site: the pages you view, roughly where you are (city or region), the kind of device and browser you use, and the site that sent you here. Google may also use its advertising cookies with it.
- The Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta which pages you visit here and actions you take (for example, joining a list), together with your device and browser details and Meta's cookies. We use it to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show them to people likely to be interested. Meta may also receive a copy of the same events through a server it provides for this.
How your information is stored and used
- What you submit is stored in a private database on Cloudflare's infrastructure, accessible only to the site operator.
- We never sell your data.
- We may email you news and offers about I Am Teddy Dupay and other Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy (TDBA) programs and products.
Cookies, ads and your choices
Third parties, including Meta and Google, may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies on this site to collect or receive information from this site and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads.
- Opt out of ads based on your activity: aboutads.info/choices (United States) or youronlinechoices.eu (Europe).
- Google Analytics: Google's opt-out browser add-on. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Your Google ad settings: myadcenter.google.com.

- Your browser: you can block or delete cookies in its settings. The site still works without them.
Business transfers
If this website or its assets are acquired by, merged with, or sold to another owner, your information may be transferred to that new owner as part of the transaction. Any new owner will remain bound by the commitments in this policy.
Unsubscribe / deletion
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or write [email protected] from that address. Once you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you; we keep your address on file, marked do-not-send.
Children
Our forms are intended for adults (parents, guardians, caregivers and coaches). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, write [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
